A moment passed, and under the attack from Richard and the other two, less than half of the Demonized Black Snakes remained, making them feel a crisis of death.

After hearing this, Richard glanced at Bobbobovic and did not refuse, saying, “Alright then.”

Finally, Heluo materialized above the Demonized Black Snakes, a dense net already ensnaring all of them.
Heluo pulled on the red line with her left hand and yanked hard, causing a dazzling bloody glow to erupt.
The slender red line, like a laser cutting through everything, sliced into the half-formed giant black snake’s body.
“Hullah!”
The giant black snake was shattered, and numerous chunks of flesh covered the ground. Almost all the Demonized Black Snakes that made up the giant snake were dead. Only a few that hadn’t fully fused emerged from the flesh, angrily attacking Heluo.
As expected, these Demonized Black Snakes were all slain one by one by Heluo with her Energy Whip after their bodies were shattered.
The scene fell silent as Heluo walked back.
Bobbobovic looked at Heluo, his expression stiff as he bent down to pick up the discarded cork, wiped it, resealed the potion bottle, and tucked it back into his pocket.

“But what?” Heluo asked.

“Doubts? What doubts?” Heluo asked curiously, “Isn’t everything clear now?

Afterwards, the three quickly handled the corpses of the numerous Demonized Black Snakes, taking rare materials and using Earth Magic to bury the rest deep in the soil, then got up to leave.
When they came, the three of them proceeded cautiously, exploring as they went, unable to go fast. On the way back with the path familiar, they increased their speed while maintaining caution, reaching the forest edge in just a fraction of the time.
“Pop!”
Suddenly, Richard stopped, furrowing his brow, appearing hesitant. Then, his brow slowly relaxed as he made a decision.
Looking up at Bobbobovic and Heluo, Richard exhaled and said, “Whew, you two go ahead and leave. I still can’t explain the doubts in my heart, so to be sure, I want to go back to the site and take another look.”
“What’s going on?” Heluo asked, “Wizard Richard, are your doubts really that important?”
“Not exactly important, just a bit inexplicable,” Richard said seriously, “According to my previous inference, the culprit in the Silent Forest should be a more intelligent creature.
That’s why it would probe our strength with the Demonized Moose Group and spy on us. But the behavior of the Demonized Black Snakes didn’t align with that inference, not to mention the huge flaw in their last fusion attempt. The fact that they fought to the death without retreating or surviving was abnormal.
