Once the crest came into place and the pleasure reached its summit, there was no going back for Yin. She was now one of Edrick’s prized possessions, his fifth wife, and that was an identity she would keep until the end of her days.
Currently, however, following the ‘ceremony’ where Yin accepted to belong to Anoteros, she fell asleep, her head resting against Edrick’s chest, slumbering peacefully. It seemed like the overflow of Cleansing Elixir that was further enhanced by ‘Pixie Blessing’ and ‘A Succubus’s Dream’ had been a bit too much for her to handle.
Yin had cultivated diligently without the usage of external resources. So naturally, being suddenly filled with such a potent resource was taxing for her body to process. Not to mention, the action preceding the flooding had taken quite a toll as well.
She had never known that taking part in something so enjoyable could be so exhausting…
Anoteros himself had gone quite hard on Yin, since her assemblage of techniques made her impervious to him. Still, he had not fallen asleep. Instead, he was currently stroking the tomboy’s blonde hair and caressing her face.
It might not sound like much, but this was his first tomboy since coming into this world! And this was also the second girl supposed to be a part of Xiao’s harem that he had stolen for himself… Well, 'stolen' wasn’t quite the right word considering Xiao had made no moves on either of them at all, and he did not seem to care in the slightest, for that matter.
Edrick had no idea how many the protagonist was meant to gather, but so far, the two that he had met were most fine women. Anoteros was not exactly planning on taking them all from him to begin with, but if they were all as good as Fanqia or Yin, then he might have to consider it.
For now, however, he simply enjoyed the moment, quite liking the sensation of the muscular girl pressed up against him. It certainly was a change from the usual, especially since her muscles were abnormally tough.
He looked up at the ceiling, staring at a floating system panel.

Seduce Yin And Convince Her To Become A Maid Of Your Residence
You made her your wife in the end, but she did agree to become a maid beforehand, so it is valid!
The rewards are as follows - The Innate Ability: ‘Magic Fingers’, Slight Improvement To Natural Regeneration, Slight Increase To The Strength Of Your Spirit
The system only highlighted the unique rewards. But for this quest, the main reward was Yin herself.
The two passive increases were welcome. Those passives worked like the consumables that he often earned, and even if the increase right now was not incredible, it was sure to stack up in the future as he trained in more cultivation techniques and acquired similar rewards. There were no 'small' gains, only gains.
Improving his spirit seemed rather novel. It usually involved his physical body when it came to that sort of thing.
In short, it was very useful to ensure that he would hit the perfect spot during bedroom activities. It would be especially handy when dealing with people he did not know too much yet, and thus, was unaware of the specific preferences they might have.
In fact, this ability might cause some to learn something about themselves after getting into a run-in with Edrick…
Apart from the three main rewards, there wasn’t much of interest. The memory wisps contained no information that was of use at the moment...
Considering that this was his first time with Yin as husband and wife, he decided not to slip out of bed, remaining with her until she woke up.
Currently, the residence was rather quiet. In fact, it had almost seemed empty after he invited Yin inside. His wives and maids were perceptive, and they knew that it was best to give them space. Not only to their husband, but also to give the new member of the household the chance to fully enjoy her time with Anoteros. The placing of one's crest was always a memorable, magical moment after all--Like a holy ceremony.
So, unless there was something of utmost importance, no one was going to disturb that moment.
The lord of the house had his gaze wander to Yin’s right hand... Wife crests, unlike the maid variation, manifested on different parts of the body, and also bore unique designs.
All maids had a similar crest bearing a bell around their solar plexus. This was a sign of their status and role as obedient workers of the residence.
There was also the servant crest. But Edrick had yet to use it on anyone, so what it looked like or how it manifested was unknown.
In any case, Yin’s crest was the one placed in the most visible spot amongst all his wives.
Fanqia’s was just above her pink cavern. Linmin’s was on the upper portion of his back. Hui’s was around her neck, and Luxuli’s was around her navel.
Hui’s was technically in a visible spot as well, but she always wore attire with high collars, so few had ever seen it.
Yin’s, however, was the backside of her hand... Definitely more noticeable.
At least, the design was rather simple, being the regular purple circle around a brown turtle shell. Clearly, Yin and her cultivation efforts were deeply tied together for it to manifest like this.
Anoteros sighed. That placement was a bit unfortunate. What if Shu noticed it? The inner disciple did not know about the crests, but since Yin was now officially the fifth wife, it might be difficult to hide for long that Edrick had taken the girl he promised to help Shu seduce.
But a smile still crept up on the noble scion’s face.
Shu was quite smart, but when it came to romantic relations, he was rather immature and gullible. The young man could be tricked for a while longer, at least long enough until Edrick decided that it was time for their deal to become truly exclusive…
