Chapter 85: The Price of a Seat

Chapter 85: Chapter 85: The Price of a Seat

Agent Alpha didn’t react to the refusal, his eyes flat. "Then we will do nothing. We will not interfere in your life, but we will not be responsible for what the Congressman might do to you. He is very attached to his security details, and they are now looking for revenge." He paused, his gaze sweeping over the sleeping Cassandra.

"If you change your mind, the offer stands for 24 hours." He handed a sealed tablet through the half-open window. "The details for the transfer are inside."

[Only $25 Million and a challenge! A bargain, Champion! You can steal that back easily!] The System buzzed with dark amusement.

The Agent Alpha got back into the armored SUV, which swiftly drove off. Moments later, the heavy iron gate of Celestial Garden silently slid open.

"Boss, $25 million and my head. What do we do?" Jason asked, his face grim.

Ethan looked down at Cassandra, who was still sleeping peacefully, completely oblivious to the threat.

"We prepare for war," Ethan decided, his voice cold and resolute. "We pay them nothing, fuck them all. We’re not delivering you, Jason. They want revenge? Let them try. We deal with the Congressman’s goons, and then we deal with Vincent Halbert. Take us inside. It’s time to settle in."

The heavy iron gate of Celestial Garden silently slid open. Jason drove the sedan slowly up the long, winding drive, flanked by towering, manicured hedges.

Ethan looked down at Cassandra, who was still sleeping peacefully. He had gently removed his hand from her blouse after the conversation with Agent Alpha, and the sudden lack of touch caused her to stir.

She mumbled sleepily, opening her eyes slightly. "Why did you stop massaging my breasts? Don’t you like me anymore?"

Jason, who was just opening his door to let them out, heard the comment and burst into a fit of muffled laughter, quickly covering it with a cough before stepping out and pretending not to have heard anything.

Ethan chuckled softly, running his knuckles along Cassandra’s cheek. "We’re here, beautiful. Time to wake up."

Cassandra lifted her head and looked out the window. Her eyes went wide, reflecting the sheer scale of the estate. The mansion was a modern architectural marvel of glass and stone, blending seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. Beyond the expansive lawn, she could see the glittering surface of a large pool, a tennis court, and a basketball court. The back of the property faced a stunning panoramic view of the river, and in the distance, the recognizable skyline of MIT.

"Oh, my God," Cassandra breathed. "This isn’t a house, Ethan. It’s a palace."

Ethan stepped out and helped her alight from the car. "It’s just a place to live, Cassandra. Come on, I’ll give you the quick tour."

[Quick tour! Show her the panoramic gym! Show her the tennis court! And don’t forget the secret sex dungeon I helped you install! No, wait, scratch that last one for now.] The System excitedly rattled off mental suggestions.

Ethan gave her a tour, pointing out the amenities: the state-of-the-art gym, the full-size courts, and the infinity pool overlooking the city. Cassandra remained speechless, touching the smooth marble and running her hand along the polished steel.

Finally, they reached the residential wing. Ethan opened the door to a massive master suite. "You can stay in here. This is my room, but we have more than enough space."

Cassandra gently shook her head, a familiar sadness and resignation returning. "No, Ethan. Thank you, but no." She looked him directly in the eye, her voice firm. "I know men need their space, and I know my place. I am merely a guest here, at most a pussy for you to enjoy. I’m not trying to dominate you or trap you under my skirt."

She smiled, a hint of genuine affection mixed with humility. "Just assign me my own room. If you have the time and the desire, you can visit me at night. I will be waiting for you with my legs open."

[Champion! I told you she was a keeper! A woman who understands her place and is ready for duty! Give her a reward! Maybe a new purse?] The System buzzed with approval.

Ethan laughed, a deep, satisfied sound. He pulled her into a tight hug, kissing her on the forehead. "You’re a hell of a woman, Cassandra. A hell of a woman. Jason, find Cassandra the best guest suite. Something with a view of the river."

"Yes, Boss," Jason replied, retrieving Cassandra’s small duffel bag from the trunk.

"Thank you, Ethan. Truly," Cassandra whispered, still leaning into his embrace, finally feeling safe.

Jason escorted Cassandra to a lavish guest suite with a river view. Ethan, meanwhile, walked into his own enormous master bedroom. He stripped off his clothes and stepped into the expansive glass shower, letting the powerful jets of water wash away the sweat and tension of the morning’s confrontation.

As the steam filled the room, Ethan addressed the System mentally. "She’s great, isn’t she?"

[She is perfect for being the Harem Organizer, Champion. She could keep things calm. Do you plan to keep them all in the same house so you can enjoy a new one whenever you feel like it?] The System asked, ever the pragmatic advisor of vice.

Ethan laughed, a carefree sound that echoed in the tiled shower. "Haven’t you heard that keeping them all in the same place is asking for death?"

[That’s an excuse for wimps, Champion!] The System cackled. [If one doesn’t follow the rules, discipline her: one week of pure cock until she begs for mercy. She wants to monopolize such a dick? Then let her know what it means not to know if she’s in heaven or hell, hahaha!]

Ethan smirked, the idea immediately appealing to his dominant nature. He realized it wasn’t a bad rule and might seriously consider applying it in his house to ensure they all behaved.

[That’s the way, kid. Show them who’s boss! If they don’t obey, give them an infernal pleasure!] The System finished, satisfied.
