"It's Lin Ran and them!"
The zombie instantly reacted and leaped off the rock.
The Naga also immediately crawled out of the lava, pulled out a long saber from its storage space for its four arms, and stared at the approaching figures with an unfriendly expression.
The Titan, however, did not have as strong a reaction. He remained in his dazed state, staring straight ahead motionlessly.
Soon, two people, one after the other, walked in from the entrance of the cave.
These two were, of course, Lin Ran and Luo Qingyan.
As Lin Ran walked, he pointed and explained to Luo Qingyan:
"See, I told you on the way here, these guys definitely had bad intentions..."
"After all, the end of this path is on Kyushu Island's largest active volcano. They were likely plotting something with this in mind."
"Placing the Heart of Disaster on the volcano, directly triggering its eruption..."
"If this surging magma were to flow down unimpeded, who knows what kind of destruction it would cause."
"These individuals are already resorting to any means necessary for their plan!"
Luo Qingyan nodded:
"Indeed..."
"I've already witnessed the horror of the Heart of Disaster during that tidal storm by the sea. It's truly outrageous."
"If they really did plant the Heart of Disaster here, then we're in for some serious trouble!"
Lin Ran chuckled and continued:
"Look ahead, these three forgotten ones are from different races..."
"And they're different from the previous three, even having a super rare race like the Titan among them."
"Tsk tsk tsk, this is quite something!"
A radiant shimmer also appeared in Luo Qingyan's eyes:
"Huh?! It's actually a living Titan!"
"I have to say, seeing a living one is so much more vivid than anything described in books and records..."
"The name Titan truly lives up to its reputation!"
"Coming all the way here for this trip was definitely worth it!"
Lin Ran nodded, feigning regret:

The pair's back-and-forth banter, their complete disregard for the three of them, and their peak arrogance, acting like a tour guide and tourist at a zoo, completely changed the mood.
Even the usually composed Titan's expression was not entirely normal.

It's one thing to casually chat here as if nothing were happening, but to point at us endlessly, treating us like monkeys in a zoo!
If they weren't specifically intending to lose to Lin Ran, they would have already ripped him apart.

To prevent Lin Ran from overthinking, the zombie quickly jumped out to change the subject:

"I heard from that Blood Elf before that your sole purpose for coming here is that grandest, most brilliant plan to date worldwide..."
"So what you are doing now is likely related to it or can help advance it, right?"
"Or perhaps, to muddy the waters?"
Lin Ran smiled playfully, his gaze falling upon the three of them.
While his words were mostly a bluff, they did incorporate quite a few real events, so he figured they would be quite impactful to these three.
As expected!
During Lin Ran's speech, the expressions of the three changed subtly, with the Naga's changing the most significantly.
This was not entirely unexpected.
After all, in their initial estimation, Lin Ran, who had brazenly charged forward and kept spewing nonsense, was likely a complete fool.

The vast difference between this contrast certainly created an effect.
However, they were not so foolish as to answer Lin Ran directly. Instead, they let out a scoff:

With that, the four-armed Naga charged forward first, swinging its four long sabers as it lunged at Lin Ran.

To be honest, the speed of the four-armed Naga genuinely surprised Lin Ran.
He wasn't sure if it was some special skill, but Lin Ran felt as if countless afterimages were being drawn behind the Naga.
