Mishu and others were overjoyed. They had long wished to reside in one of the Ten Great Immortal Mansions of Cloud's End, and now their wish was granted, bringing immense joy and satisfaction.
"Yes! Thank you, Divine Constable!"
Divine Constable Wan He said, "Alright, each to their posts. Clean up the battlefield and organize matters. Once everything is settled, report back to me, and I will have further arrangements."
"Yes! As commanded!"
Divine Constable Wan He entered the Myriad Emperor Divine Mansion of Cloud's End. Luo Fan followed closely, unable to contain his eagerness, "Divine Constable!"
Divine Constable Wan He turned back, "Luo Fan, do you have something to say?"
Luo Fan said, "You promised me."
Divine Constable Wan He stood with his hands behind his back and nodded, "I haven't forgotten. As I said, once everyone has sorted out all the affairs, I will personally lead our brothers straight to Star's End to find the Star Gate. They will send people over sooner or later anyway, so we might as well strike first. We will depart within three days at the latest."
Upon hearing this, Luo Fan nodded repeatedly, "Thank you, Divine Constable."
In the evening, Ming Zhitian was about to inquire about the matters of the Divine Lai Ancient Ruins when Mishu called out to him, "Ming Zhitian, the Divine Constable is looking for you."
Ming Zhitian replied, "Oh, I know. I'll go now."
Mishu nodded, "By the way, this morning I... mentioned the matter of the Divine Mansions in front of the Divine Constable. Please don't take it to heart. I was simply prioritizing the Divine Constable's needs, as there are indeed not enough Divine Mansions. If you need one, I can readily give up my Immortal Mansion for you to reside in."
Ming Zhitian smiled slightly, waving his hand, "Thank you for your kindness, but I truly don't need it. I wasn't upset about anything, really. Please don't dwell on it."
With the misunderstanding cleared, Mishu accepted with relief, "It seems I was being overly worried."
In the Myriad Emperor Divine Mansion, Ming Zhitian had the guards announce his arrival. Upon hearing this, the Divine Constable transmitted, "No need for formalities, come straight in."
Upon entering the Divine Mansion, it was clear that this had originally been the Emperor of Hong Suan's Divine Mansion. Now, everything had been replaced, and the furnishings and environmental facilities were all brand new.
Ming Zhitian found Divine Constable Wan He and bowed respectfully, "Greetings, Divine Constable."
The Divine Constable looked up, "No need for formalities, sit."
Ming Zhitian casually chose a chair made of immortal wood and sat down. The Divine Constable then summoned two large chests, filled with an assortment of mechanical equipment.
The Divine Constable said, "These were all found in Hong Suan's treasury. Do you think they are enough to complete your remnant?"
Ming Zhitian glanced at them and replied, "They are far from enough."
The Divine Constable said, "It seems you will need to make a trip to the Divine Lai Ancient Ruins."
Ming Zhitian said, "I intend to depart tomorrow."
The Divine Constable said, "The Divine Lai Ancient Ruins are extremely dangerous. I shall accompany you."
Ming Zhitian waved his hand, "Divine Constable, you are busy with many affairs. I would rather not trouble you. I can manage on my own. If the situation turns unfavorable, I can retreat safely."
The Divine Constable nodded, "As you wish. If you need any help, remember to call out. We are one big family."
Ming Zhitian said, "Understood."
The Divine Constable stopped him, "Do you remember what I told you about the Divine Lai Ancient Ruins?"
Ming Zhitian tapped his head, "It's all stored in my mind."
The Divine Constable said, "Go early and return early."
Ming Zhitian nodded, "Alright. I'll head back now then."
"Good."
The next day, Ming Zhitian instantly appeared at the Divine Lai Ancient Ruins, located at the end of the eastern gate of Cloud's End, on the path of return.
However, he saw two great gods, each at the ninth heaven of the Great Completion Great Wheel King realm, guarding the entrance. Ming Zhitian could not enter. He also did not wish to alert them, so he merely observed from afar, carefully examining the surroundings with his divine sense, imperceptibly.
