While the man approached, Yasenia circulated [Celestial Cosmos Dress], [Celestial Dragon Body], and [Immortal Breaker Body]. Among all her skills, this was the combination that increased her physical strength the most.
The Celestial Black Hole Star rotated quickly, scattering energy from the accretion disc into the meridian system like a river of starlight. That energy transformed, interacted with the surroundings, and activated her cells to the maximum.
After a powerful heartbeat, Yasenia’s aura swallowed the surroundings.
BOOM!
The approaching man’s quickly changed, his heart thumping with surprise. ‘What is this energy!?’
“[Pegasus Gallop], [Celestial Sunder].”
Yasenia appeared right in front of him, a giant sword swinging in his direction at a speed barely perceivable to his naked eyes. “Monster! [Triple Ash Wall]!”
Three thick but slim grey barriers appeared between Yasenia and himself. The dragoness didn’t intend to stop her sword strike. Her cheeks puffed as her muscles tensed and she completed her sword swing.
The man’s face crumpled as his barriers utterly collapsed, the feedback from it shaking his internal organs and the shockwave striking his body like a metal wall.
Thankfully, the shockwave blowing him away forced him to avoid Draheart’s direct hit.
As his body flew back with uncontrollable momentum, his mind was in shock. ‘What is that strength!? That dragon is insane!’
As his thoughts raced, the sky transformed into an ethereal cosmic landscape. The sky, full of stars, a giant moon, and a giant sun, all collapsed right in his direction.
‘Why am I so unlucky? I met a freak of nature.’ Feeling the strength behind each of the celestial bodies descending in his direction, he made a quick decision. ‘I need to flee.’
Without even feeling reluctant, the man turned around and ran, dodging the collapsing starry sky as shockwaves enveloped his surroundings. After a few seconds, he was able to escape the area of bombardment with a few light wounds and disappeared into the distance.
Yasenia frowned faintly. ‘He fled? I guess I showed off too much strength.’
Usually, she would chase after him, but if she stepped off the platform, the few hours she had spent standing there would be for nothing. ‘Well, he won’t come back after that.’
Even as she thought that, Yasenia didn’t stop her skills. ‘Pathetic tricks.’ Her cold eyes lightly moved to her right and caught something else.
A human woman was swinging a dagger at her side, her face cold and ruthless. “You need to cover your presence better.”
The woman’s dagger only managed to lightly graze Yasenia’s side before the thick and powerful dragon tail sank deeply with a thud into her stomach. The woman’s eyes bulged in pain, and her body streaked to the sky.
‘How did I get discovered? That dragon’s senses are too sharp.’
The woman was unable to control her body and quickly overcame the one kilometer in height. Right as she did so, her sight turned white, and she was unable to see her surroundings. ‘Tsk, I need to fly down quickly and change my objective.’
As she was about to do so, a deep dragon roar reached her ears. All the hairs on her body stood up as a terrifying feeling of danger enveloped her. ‘Defend! [Thousand Shadow Dome]!’
Then, [Celestial Dragon Breath] arrived and crashed against her defenses.
BOOM!!!
A gargantuan explosion covered the sky, the shockwave pushing the rocks that made up the landscape and creating a profound depression.
Yasenia squinted and clicked her stinging tongue. ‘She survived.’ Looking around again, she spoke aloud. “Come out at once, seniors. Since you think that I am easy prey, you should hunt me properly.”
Six people appeared around her, all of them looking at Yasenia with solemn expressions. “How did you discover us?”
Yasenia’s lips arched into a sneer. “Petty tricks like that don’t work on Dragons. It’s insulting that you think you can hide by erasing your body, scent, and aura.”
The people’s eyebrows twitched. ‘What else is there to hide, you freak?’
Tightly grabbing Draheart, Yasenia called out Dramel. ‘Soluna, you can appear later as a trump card. For now, stay put.’
An echoey and cheerful double-voice spread in Yasenia’s mindscape. ‘O~kayy!’
Meanwhile, the six people became even more wary when they saw the beautiful Pipa appearing. “Music? You were a music cultivator?”
Yasenia sneered. “So what if I am? So what if I am not? If you dare to challenge me, go ahead. You are a group, so you all should’ve decided on who will get the seat after I am defeated, right?”
The six people looked at each other and hesitated. They’ve seen Yasenia slap two people at their level as if they were annoying flies. So, they knew that she had enough strength to act arrogantly.
“We’ll retreat. You are quite a monster. I would rather fight that Divine woman to the right.”
Yaseia was not polite. “Then, scram. I am barely holding back from stepping out to fight you bunch.”
The six humans frowned but didn’t answer. Even if Yasenia was young, might made right. Their strength outside didn’t matter since Yasenia could currently easily face all of them.
“What is your name, junior?”
“Why? Do you want to take revenge after we exit this Secret Realm?” Yasenia sneered with a thorny tone. “Scram. I won’t answer any questions.”
They all didn’t hesitate much longer and retreated.
After they left, Yasenia’s golden slit eyes moved to her left. “Impressive. You are quite persistent.”
An incredulous female voice came from the side. “...How?”
A woman appeared, her body covered in burns and wounds. She was the person who received her [Celestial Dragon Breath] head-on. Yasenia didn’t answer and asked. “Why are you so fixed on me? After that attack, you should’ve known better and left.”
“You won’t step out either way, will you?” The woman spun her dagger around her fingers, her face showing confidence. “How are you so strong? When your tail landed on my stomach, I felt as if I was being struck by a third-level Body Cultivator. Some of my organs ruptured from that strike.”
If she were a mortal, she would have instantly died from that single tail strike.
“Only a few organs?” Yasenia sighed. “It seems that I held back too much.”
The woman spread an ointment around her body while rolling her eyes. “Don’t boast. You used all your strength in that strike. There is no way that you can have stronger physical strength.”
Somewhat bothered, Yasenia spoke coldly. “Are you going to stay there and move your mouth flaps? It’s bothersome, so go away.”
The woman’s eyebrow twitched. “...mouth flaps? That’s one vulgar way of describing someone’s lips.” She sighed. “Also, junior. You shouldn’t be so prickly. You need to learn to build connections.”
Yasenia looked at the woman for a second and then sighed. “I’ve neutralized it.”
“...Huh?”
Yasenia pointed to her side, where the woman had made a small cut. “The poison in your dagger. I’ve already neutralized it. It won’t take effect no matter how much you wait.”
“...” The woman’s face was quite the sight. “...That’s impossible. A drop of this poison can put a mountain-sized adult dragon to sleep. “
“Sorry to say, but I am a bit bigger than a mountain,” Yasenia answered flatly. “Now, be gone.”
The woman was not convinced. “I don’t believe you. You are probably bluffing and trying to—”
Before she finished, she saw Yasenia use one of her sharp nails to dig in her side. The finger came out coated in Yasenia’s red blood. Then, Yasenia flicked her finger, and a single drop of blood struck the rock in front of the woman. “Analyze it and see if it is poisoned. Then, scram.”
Skeptical, the woman analyzed the drop of blood. Other than feeling immense vitality, there were no traces of poison in the blood. “How is this possible?”
Yasenia’s constitution was extremely resistant to harmful substances. First of all, Dragon Blood was naturally purifying. Her level of dragon blood made this quality even more exceptional. Then, her Celestial Energy could also burn and purify the most harmful substances. Compared to Abyssal Energy, the poison the woman used was like a slightly spicy water. Finally, thanks to her body cultivation, her bodily resistance to harmful foreign substances was top-notch.
Altogether, it made her incredibly resistant to poison. Even if it was a Soul Poison, her soul was no less protected than her physical body, thanks to the [Primordial Palace] and her naturally powerful soul and soul arts.
To even start having a chance to poison Yasenia, you needed at least a Two Star Supreme-ranked poison.
After confirming that Yasenia’s words weren’t a bluff, the woman shook her head with an incredulous expression. “You are really a monster.” As she turned to leave, she sighed with annoyance. “Why are all dragons freaks of nature? Can there be a single normal one? This one is even crazier than the Dragon Princess and Prince I met in the past…”
Yasenia’s interest piqued. ‘Dragon Princess and Prince? I guess it’s not strange. This is a high-level Heaven, so there must be a powerful Dragon Clan out there.’
She wanted to ask the woman for more information, so she spoke aloud. “Senior. What do you know about the Dragon Princess and Prince?”
The woman paused, a hint of a smile appearing on her lips. “Oh? You want to know? How about we make a deal?”
Yasenia flatly refused. “Ah. No, thank you. If you don’t want to tell, you can leave.”
“...”
Not knowing how to react to the blatant disregard, the woman felt as if something was clogging her throat, and she was unable to swallow or spit it out. “You… You are really infuriating, you know that?”
Yasenia’s eyes behind her veil arched. “I know.”
“...If I stay longer, I’ll probably start having heart problems. I’ll leave now, so good luck with the trials, infuriating junior!”
Yasenia chuckled, her tone calmer. “Good luck to you, too, Senior.”
After that confrontation, other groups of three or four appeared. But none of them were able to move Yasenia off the platform.
“Finally, 24 hours are up.”
Yasenia looked around. Eight people were looking at her with cold faces. She waved her hand with a faint smile. “See you later, seniors.”
The man in the lead pointed forward with a cold look. “Attack.”
The dragoness chuckled. “I’ve been saving this for last. [Celestial Intent Domain].”
Before they understood what was happening, all their attacks were swallowed up inside the domain and disappeared. Yasenia had used the dimensional abilities to absorb the low-level attacks into her Intent Domain.
That kind of method consumed too much energy, but since she was about to disappear, it didn’t matter to her.
After holding on for around 2 minutes, her body was absorbed by the light and disappeared into the sky.
No one dared to come close to Yasenia and only dared to do ranged attacks. The reason was that her fame had already spread, and she was known for her ridiculous bodily strength.
Once Yasenia reappeared, she looked around and saw that she was inside a normal inn room. There was a bed, wooden furniture, and one window to the side. “Hm… I’ll wait here for a while until I hear what the second test is about.”
And so, she sat on the bed cross-legged and waited.
