Chapter 69: Potential Threats

Since the Safety Bureau was hiding his involvement, he was not stupid enough to expose himself.

What he needed to do was keep a low profile as much as possible to avoid exposure.

Soon, the sound of footsteps echoed. A few students in front of him stopped, feeling a slight darkness in their vision.

As they turned to look, they saw Chen Feng and instinctively stepped aside.

[Fear Value +1!]

The system prompt appeared, though the fear value was minimal, almost negligible.

Still, Chen Feng raised an eyebrow.

"What is everyone so afraid of?"

"Ha, you should blame yourself for smashing Wu Tian so hard yesterday," Lin Hao’s teasing voice came from behind.

He approached Chen Feng with a smile, slapping his shoulder. “And, you know, a lot of people are aware of his background. They don’t want to get involved with you, so of course, they’re keeping their distance.”

Chen Feng turned his head to look at Lin Hao, who was dressed in a loose gray sports shirt and shorts, seemingly amused by the situation.

Chen Feng remained expressionless and asked bluntly, "What about you then?"

"Me? To me it doesn’t matter. If it gets too bad, I’ll just stop practicing martial arts," Lin Hao shrugged, unconcerned.

Martial arts were just a hobby for him, and the worst-case scenario was that he'd leave in disgrace if he couldn't make it here.

Chen Feng’s gaze softened, but before he could speak further, Lin Hao leaned in close and quietly whispered, “I heard the real killer is someone else—a cyborg. And some forces are looking for him, apparently to avenge the robbers.”

Lin Hao gave Chen Feng a meaningful look before turning toward the locker room.

Chen Feng stood still for a moment, several thoughts flashing in his mind.

The gang that robbed the gold store? Hadn’t they all been killed?

Could it be…?

His gaze shifted as he remembered the silver-gray cyborg, he encountered the day before while leaving the Tian Heng building.

The person had a round pattern on their left chest.

It seemed familiar, but he had been too exhausted yesterday to think it through properly.

Now, he took out his phone, searched for related images, and after a moment, his eyes sharpened.

“Utopia.”

No wonder it seemed familiar; that was the logo of the Utopia organization.

It was a symbol often seen on wanted posters within the borders of the Red Nation.

Immediately, everything fell into place.

Chen Feng quickly understood what Lin Hao meant.

Utopia was looking for him.

Or more precisely, they were looking for him in his Azure Armor form.

“Looks like I need to avoid using Azure Armor form for a while,” he mused quietly.

After a moment, he checked the time, realizing it was getting late, and went to the locker room to change clothes.

"Strengthen the tiger’s stance, when still be like a crouching tiger, when moving be like the flying tiger."

"Understanding the true meaning of the Red Tiger’s form will guide you to harness all your energy, strengthening your flesh, muscles, bones, and organs."

In the training room, sunlight streamed through the windows. Cao Tong arrived on time and began instructing the students.

Some students were either standing still or throwing punches, and while some were slowly grasping the basics, only two or three had mastered the Tiger form.

Cao Tong’s eyes fell on Chen Feng and Wu Tian.

After yesterday's incident, he had inquired about their friction. Fortunately, it seemed to be just a rivalry, nothing serious.

Even though Wu Tian’s Senior Sister had taken good care of Wu Tian, she couldn’t do much to prevent the conflict.

Looking over at Chen Feng practicing alone in the corner, surrounded by students keeping their distance, Cao Tong shook his head but couldn’t help but admire Chen Feng more.

He didn’t waste any time.

In front of everyone, he waved at Chen Feng to come over.

“Brother Cao?”

Chen Feng asked in confusion.

“Follow me.”

Cao Tong said, leading Chen Feng out of the training room.

Seeing this, Lin Hao frowned, and many nearby students stopped their practices.

“What’s going on?”

“Could it be because of Wu Tian?”

“Is Cao Tong warning Chen Feng?”

Many whispered, and Lin Hao looked over, noticing Wu Tian and Pei Yue standing near the window, also stopping their practice.

“Looks like even Coach Cao isn’t willing to offend Wu Shuang,” Pei Yue thought to himself, while Wu Tian narrowed his eyes and shook his head.

“My aunt doesn’t know about this,” he muttered, rubbing his left cheek, still feeling some lingering pain.

He had lost two teeth and the memory still felt like a disgrace.

Despite his anger at Chen Feng, he didn’t feel the need to report it to an elder.

So, he didn’t understand why Cao Tong would take Chen Feng away alone.

There couldn’t possibly be something good coming from this, right?
