Chapter 320: Chapter 216: Forward—Conquest!
When David emerged from the dense forest, he had a hollow look. Both his cheeks and figure had noticeably slimmed down. He yawned and stretched, wishing only for a long nap to recharge his energy.
There was no helping it; it was indeed a bit too much to handle.
Ask yourself: if a ’girl-next-door’ with an off-the-charts figure, who harbored a crush on you, had waited and watched eagerly throughout her adolescence—her body even slimming down in anticipation—then openly expressed her love for you and led you to a secluded grove, gazing at you with tender eyes, would you surrender or yield?
Well, David surrendered and yielded.
[Lust]
He had originally intended to use the explosive power Red Dragons were known for to quickly resolve the battle. Who knew, however, that Green Dragons were also renowned masters of endurance. The various fancy techniques Nifadora had learned from the Dragon’s heritage instantly overwhelmed David, plunging him into an irresistible quagmire where he was utterly defeated.
Just when he had, with immense effort, barely achieved a temporary victory in this war, there was Nifadora—the girl-next-door who never forgot to ’refuel’ while ’working.’ Her figure seemed to inflate like a balloon, regaining some of its former voluptuous charm. She even winked slyly at him and summoned reinforcements: a twin sister who looked exactly like Nifadora but had a completely different demeanor and personality. Though her socially awkward, shy, and nervous paws tensed up into cat punches, she didn’t show the slightest hint of refusal.
Faced with such temptations whispered into his ear by the girl-next-door—like Abyssal murmurs—and the twin sister’s silent permission, just ask yourself if your heart wouldn’t race, if you wouldn’t be moved to act?
Well, David’s heart raced, and he took action.
[Lust]
So, ignoring his own depleted state, he allowed himself to be dominated by that demonic, fervent impulse, and the second battle commenced.
In the midst of this intense second battle, he ended up seeing Lizrite, his first childhood friend, descend from the sky...
Why has it come to this...
The moment David saw Lizrite—head bowed, tail drooping—appear through the heart-shaped gap formed by the long, curving backsides of the two Green Dragons, it felt as if the BGM "After All" began to swell, a silent crescendo heard only by him:
Damn it, how could she find me!
But as Nifadora smiled and flicked her tail tip at Lizrite, who truly lunged through the air towards him, David felt he had instantly transformed from a resilient hero back into some accursed lady-killer, destined to enjoy the ’blessings’ of multiple dragons.
[Lust]
Fortunately, David the Dragon had persevered, and no more dragons joined in. He could finally take a break.
Just as David stepped out of the forest and headed to Nifadora’s temporary den for some rest, he saw his sister Tania flying towards him excitedly, nearly scaring him off the cliff face.
Looking at the scratches and even bite marks all over David’s body, Tania was about to greet him with a gloating remark.
Seeing Tania’s expression, David had already concocted a hasty excuse.
Yet Tania, as if she had caught some strange scent, circled him several times, sniffing and giving him odd looks that made David’s scales stand on end.
Seeing Tania standing there with her mouth slightly agape and nostrils flared, as if she’d caught a peculiar scent, David began, "Tania, let me explain—"
"I won’t listen! I won’t listen! HISS!" To David’s surprise, Tania reacted as if she’d seen something utterly repulsive, jumping twice on the spot like a startled tuxedo cat. With a snort, she spread her wings, tucked in her tail, and fled as if escaping a plague.
It reminded her of when she was younger. After her older brother, David, had mentioned ’Mom is playing with Dad,’ her curiosity had led her to delve into the Dragon’s heritage for ’study materials,’ thereby opening the door to a whole new world. And now, her older brother had finally reached the age Mom and Dad were back then.
Watching Tania’s fleeing back, David breathed a sigh of relief and couldn’t help but chuckle.
His little sister had finally grown up.
And along the way to the den, David was stunned to find that quite a few dragons in this temporary camp had ’grown up’ as well.
Although most of them were juvenile dragons, it was clear from their eyes that this group of youngsters, not yet fully fed or warm, already understood carnal desires.
Their gazes were like those of students who had just encountered their ’practical skills’ mentor in the flesh. It was filled with a mix of admiration and longing, yet also tinged with a sleazy, almost fawningly lewd expression. This made David, filled with [Wrath], want to grab a few of them and make an example to warn the others.
"Oh no! The Dragon Boss is furious from embarrassment! Everybody run!" Sensing the escalating pressure from the [Bloodscale Fury], the young dragons, realizing things were bad, scattered like meerkats spotting a predator. David, so angry his gums ached, swept his tail furiously, kicking up a blinding dust storm.
Perhaps because David had ’wasted’ so much time on this occasion, it seemed fate had no intention of letting him rest. The Barbarian Rosinde, who had long since recovered from his injuries and was currently responsible for the camp’s guard duty, hurried over to report:
"My liege, Rune Lord Bergin of Eight Peaks Mountain seeks an audience. He has also brought the forging crew you requested for the construction of ’Tokmak Fortress’."
"Understood." Realizing important matters were at hand, David immediately put aside any thought of sleep.
After all, ’Tokmak Fortress’ was crucial to securing his foothold in Central Earth on the new continent. Furthermore, it might enable him to ignite the Fusion Flame, acquiring an inexhaustible, never-ending torch of Mana Energy.
