Didn’t that education director choose to swallow his anger? We’re talking about the daughter of someone high up. What about you two?”
“Ah?!” Duoduo was taken aback and exclaimed, “How come we don’t know about this?”
“Exactly, I find it strange that you, as journalists, wouldn’t know such news!” The receptionist giggled and said, “You’re really neglecting your duties. But after saying all this, do you still plan on seeing our Mr. Chen?”
“Absolutely, why wouldn’t we!” Wei Zhen sneered and said, “I can’t believe anyone in this world can force us to do something we don’t want to do!”
“Exactly!” Duoduo couldn’t help but agree.
“Alright then, I know you’re like fearless calves in front of a tiger; let’s see if you cry when you see the reality!” The receptionist laughed heartily.
Then, the seductively dressed receptionist led the two into Chen Fugui’s office. Opening the door, Chen Fugui was watching a Japanese video at his desk, and its contents were indeed quite sensational, purely heavy in taste. Chen Fugui preferred the heavy tastes, having played around with so many women, his tastes were getting heavier.
“Mr. Chen, I’ve brought the guests!” The receptionist quickly said.

“Yes, Mr. Chen, as you wish!” The receptionist smiled at the two before closing the door and leaving the office.
In the large office, only three remained. Wei Zhen and Duoduo were crowded near the door, both feeling a bit fearful, shoulder to shoulder, nervously looking at Chen Fugui, who in their eyes seemed like a big villain, even a man-eating tiger.
“Hey, the two of you, stop looking at me like I’m a tiger, alright?” Chen Fugui hurriedly said, “I don’t eat people; what are you afraid of?”
“We… we, we are journalists from the local TV station, hoping… hoping to interview you!” Duoduo mustered her courage.
“An interview, that’s easy!” Chen Fugui nodded quickly, then laughed, “It’s just an interview, isn’t it? But how can you interview from so far? I remember interviews from TV stations are face-to-face, aren’t they? Otherwise, it’s impolite, don’t you agree?”
Wei Zhen and Duoduo exchanged looks, and reluctantly approached Chen Fugui.
Chen Fugui chuckled, then picked up the phone, dialed an extension, and instructed, “Bring two cups of tea for my guests!”
“Yes, Mr. Chen!” The female receptionist who had just led the pair in promptly responded, her tone revealing a hidden meaning that the two girls didn’t catch. The two approached Chen Fugui and sat on the couch. After sitting in front of Duoduo, Chen Fugui said with a smile, “Ladies, what would you like to ask?”
“We…” Duoduo suddenly seemed to forget what she was supposed to interview about; she hurriedly dug through her bag, finally finding her notebook, and opened the day’s notes, saying, “Mr. Chen, it’s like this, our interview topic is about ‘how young people choose their entrepreneurial path’. Our TV station has thoroughly researched your story of getting rich; we’re here because of your success story, hoping to turn it into an inspirational article. What’s your opinion?”
“My opinion…” Chen Fugui leaned his chin on his hand, hesitating when the door was knocked. The receptionist entered with two cups of tea, smiled graciously, and said, “Mr. Chen, I’ve brought tea for your guests!”
“Mm, place them here!” Chen Fugui immediately said.
After the receptionist left, Wei Zhen urgently asked, “Mr. Chen, what’s your opinion?”
“Ha ha, have a sip first, moisten your throat!” Chen Fugui lifted his teacup and took a sip. Wei Zhen and Duoduo saw Chen Fugui drink, so they followed suit. Little did they know, the tea was spiked by the receptionist, Chen Fugui’s lover in secret, already conspiring with him. The tea had been prepared with the drug when Chen Fugui called, intended to make them forget everything until the effect wore off.

“Get rid of the tea!” Ye Chen quickly said.
“Why?!” Wei Zhen didn’t hesitate to ask.
“It has amnesia water; drink it, and you’ll forget everything!” Ye Chen said coldly, “I didn’t expect this bastard to be so shameless.”
“Who are you!” Chen Fugui saw Ye Chen standing at the door and regained his bold demeanor. He stood up, looking at Ye Chen coldly, saying, “If you don’t reveal yourself, I’ll have security send you to the police station.”
“Who I am is not important; what’s important is today you’ll become a waste!” Ye Chen coldly looked at Chen Fugui, stepping closer. Chen Fugui was taken aback by Ye Chen’s demeanor and retreated several steps, gritting his teeth, “Kid, I… I advise you not to come closer, otherwise… I’ll kill you!”
“Hmph, there are few in this world who can kill me!” Ye Chen slowly approached.
“Hey, security, security, get up here, someone is trying to kill me!” Chen Fugui hurriedly pressed the security button. The security department received the call and rushed dozens of guards to his floor.
More than a dozen guards first entered, among them the security chief of that floor, whom rushed in, hurriedly asked, “Mr. Chen, where is he? Where is he?”
