Chapter 1136: Chapter 1136: It Was His Misunderstanding
Li Beijue glanced back at him, then grabbed the Little lady’s wrist in his arms and, forcefully, pulled her away.
Old Master Li watched the two disappear, his figure suddenly swaying!
The Old Butler was startled and immediately supported him, "Old Master Jue!"
Old Master Li steadied himself with his Dragon-Head Walking Stick, steadied his body, and withdrew his gaze emotionlessly, saying to the Old Butler, "Let’s go, let’s go back."
"Old Master Jue, are you alright? Are you feeling unwell, do you need me to call a doctor for you?" The Old Butler was concerned.
Old Master Li dismissed it, "It’s nothing, I don’t need it. I’m just a bit tired, a rest will suffice."
The Old Butler hesitated to speak further but ultimately followed up without saying more.

Outside the castle, Chi Enen, pulling and dragging, finally made the fast-walking man stop, "Li Beijue, you should apologize to Grandfather!"
"Come back with me." The cold-faced man ignored her, forcefully pulling her hand, trying to take her back.
Chi Enen furrowed her eyebrows, refusing to walk, "Li Beijue, I’m serious, you should apologize to your Grandfather. You misunderstood."
"Wasn’t he looking for you because of the banquet?" Li Beijue glared at her furiously, as if his gaze could swallow her whole.
Chi Enen was not intimidated at all, meeting his gaze, "Yes, your Grandfather looked for me because of this matter, but not in the way you think. He didn’t make things difficult for me. He only talked to me about it and then suggested a better solution at the time."
Li Beijue’s thin lips pressed into a line!
"He didn’t tell you to leave me or something like that?"
He couldn’t believe that the Old man didn’t say these things!
"We did talk about that issue, but..."
Li Beijue didn’t give her a chance to finish, gripping her wrist even tighter, "No but!"
With that said, he continued to pull Chi Enen along.
Chi Enen’s strength was no match for his, and despite resisting, she was forcefully dragged a distance, almost at the Staircase.
She gritted her teeth, intensified her tone, "Li Beijue!"
The man pulling her abruptly stopped, his back tensing as he turned his head, like emotions repressed for long were on the brink of explosion, his falcon-like eyes deeply dark and bottomless, "So? What do you want to tell me? Do you feel guilty, that the Old man didn’t force you, that you agreed to leave me on your own accord?"
"...I."
"If you’re going to tell me that, I advise you to shut up. I’m afraid I won’t be able to control myself, grab a gun, and shoot you!"
At the Main entrance, when he turned to leave, he had decided not to care about her.
But when he reached the Staircase, his body uncontrollably went back, heading straight for the Old man, kicking the door open despite the Bodyguard’s obstruction.
Just because he was worried she’d be wronged by the Old man and was afraid she’d suffer a loss.
And now, she wanted to tell him that while he was worried sick for her, she voluntarily agreed to leave him for the Old man?
As Li Beijue thought of this, his black obsidian pupils became completely dark, as if an icy expanse was about to freeze a person inside.
Chi Enen was taken aback by his low roar, anxious and head aching, couldn’t care any more. She used her own method, suddenly tiptoeing, looking up, and her Red Lips kissed his thin lips. After biting his Lip, she swiftly withdrew, taking advantage of the moment the furious man hadn’t reacted yet, saying word by word, "From now on, you listen to me. Before I finish, don’t speak!"
